The JCFA will strive to provide young student athletes the opportunity to develop disciplined life skills through family, friends, and the game of Football. The JCFA will focus on Five Key Areas of development:
- Sportsmanship
- Teamwork
- Commitment/Accountability
- Football Fundamentals
- Lifelong Physical Fitness
The JCFA will deliver a positive spiritual experience for each player, coach, and family, regardless of the outcome of the game. Our goal is to develop strong young men who, through participation in our league, will naturally progress into Bishop Kelley High School, which develops leaders for life centered on Christ

The 2012 season is already in full swing and we are looking forward to another exciting year of Junior Comet Football!
To register for the upcoming JCFA season, click on “2012 JCFA Registration” at the top of this page. Once you get the Sportabase Website that is administered by INFC, locate "Football & Cheerleading" then select "Bishop Kelley". The menus are simple to follow and everyone should not have issues with the on-line registration systems from INFC.
Cost: $135 for registrations completed between April 13th and June 1st. $165 for registrations completed after June 1st.
Registration fee includes camp with the BK Varsity players/coaches in coordination with the JCFA coaches. Camp/Combine starts July 24th and will be held at Bishop Kelley High School at Angelo Prassa Field. All 1-6th graders must attend the July 24-25th Combine.
May 8 & 19 - Mandatory Uniform Fitting Days
JCFA has scheduled Mandatory Uniform Fitting Days on Tuesday, May 8th, from 6-8:00 pm and on Saturday, May 19th, from 3-6:00pm. Both Fittings will be held at the Bishop Kelley Commons. Players/Parents will pay for their uniforms at this event.
NEW PLAYERS: Please bring a copy of your birth certificate to the uniform fitting. Remember, every player must have a physical every year. You may need to start booking those summer physicals now!

JCFA Questions??
Anyone having comments or questions related to the 2012 JCFA Season are encouraged to attend the May 8th Fitting from 6-8:00pm at the Bishop Kelley Commons. We will be there to answer questions regarding tackle football, including the benefits of playing, what to expect regarding practice and game schedules, player safety and cost of participation.
